About Me
I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist based in London, with over a decade of clinical practice rooted in relational, depth-oriented work. My clinical training was grounded in transpersonal and integrative psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, where I also completed an advanced specialisation in integrative transpersonal practice and training in clinical supervision. I draw on a broad clinical lineage — including psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, somatic, and symbolic approaches — to hold work that attends to the complexity of lived experience, embodiment, meaning and suffering.
Before training as a therapist I worked in long-term peace building, interfaith dialogue, and social action. That background has profoundly shaped how I understand power, identity, culture, and systemic dynamics — not as abstract concepts, but as forces that enter the therapy room, shape relational fields, and influence psychic integrity. My work with clients is informed by a commitment to social and ecological justice, decolonising therapeutic spaces, and attending to systemic harm without losing sight of personal suffering or psychological depth.
I have a particular clinical and scholarly interest in the psychological and relational impacts of the ecological crisis, the limitations and potentials of transpersonal and symbolic frameworks in clinical work, and the ongoing negotiation between inner experience and outer worlds. I also trained in advanced dreamwork and spiritual guidance through the Dream Research Institute, bringing creative, imaginal and symbolic modalities into therapeutic enquiry where they serve the process.
My practice is informed by trauma-sensitive, relational, and intersectional principles; I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-allied, and deeply committed to working ethically with diversity in all its forms. I work with adults who are seeking sustained, transformative psychotherapy — people who bring complexity, cultural and existential questions, and a readiness for sustained inquiry into their inner and relational landscapes.
Alongside my individual practice, I facilitate reflective spaces for psychotherapists — contemplative, relational forums for examining how social justice, power, systemic violence, and transpersonal meaning intersect with clinical work. These spaces are for practitioners who value depth, nuance, and complexity over certainty, and who wish to explore the ethical and psychic implications of working in our current historical moment.
Who I Work With
I typically work with individuals who are ready for longer-term, depth-oriented engagement. This includes people navigating:
complex relational patterns, attachment and identity transitions
embodied and nervous system distress
ecological grief and existential uncertainty
neurodivergence and developmental complexity
chronic losses, trauma, and betrayal
intersections of culture, power, and personal history
I offer both in-person and online work, with attention to creating a contained, thoughtful, and humane therapeutic space where patterns are explored rather than merely managed.
