About Me

I am a London-based, UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience. The core of my training as therapist was done at CCPE: the leading centre for transpersonal studies in the UK. In 2024, I completed a 2-year specialisation in Advanced Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy, alongside a training in Clinical Supervision (dissertation currently pending).  

I have a background in long-term peace-building, interfaith work, and social action, which has deeply enriched my understanding and appreciation for people from all walks of life and spiritual traditions. My work experience, coupled with an MA in Conflict Resolution from SOAS University, has made me acutely aware of power dynamics at both systemic and interpersonal levels, and deeply informs my work as an intersectional therapist.  

I have a keen interest in the long-term effects of the unfolding climate crisis on individuals and communities alike. I am passionate about social justice, decolonising the therapeutic field, and challenging structures of oppression— whatever form they take. I am LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and racial justice-allied and work in a trauma-informed way.

Whilst completing my initial 5-year postgraduate training as a psychotherapist, I also undertook a rigorous training in Advanced Dreamwork & Spiritual Guidance through Dreams, under the auspices of CCPE’s Dream Research Institute (DRI).
